The individual BSAC branches are operated under the standard BSAC constitution and are run by an elected committee comprising the Branch Officers, namely ;

• Chairman

• Diving Officer

• Treasurer

• Secretary

Plus others who report to the Diving Officer e.g.

• Training Officer

• Equipment Officer

Each Committee member has designated duties, and other members may be seconded to assist with specific requirements, e.g. maintaining records, arranging skill development courses, marshalling dives etc.

There are elections each year for all positions on the Committee.
